It’s really important to ensure you have written permission to use any contributor’s content on camera. This includes any images they may provide to you or those you source yourself, as well as music and the rights to sound effects. Just because something is on Google doesn’t mean it’s free for you to use!

Most of the things that would make editing easier for me come under organisation and planning. When the files are organised and logged properly, it is much easier to locate the material you want, and that in turn saves time which can then be used to perfect the video by maybe adding some nice effects or sweetening the audio. Take One have a very good logging system and I know a project with them will be well-planned.

Some impressive young entrepreneurs took part in this opportunity in which they set up and run a real business; the opportunity showed real potential in our young people. It was heartwarming to hear their presentations where they shared both their good and their not so good experiences of running a business.
