The Project

A marketing consultant client asked us to work with him with a business which is a leading global ingredients solutions company serving customers in over 120 countries. The business turns grains, fruits, vegetables and other plant-based materials into value-added ingredients solutions for the food, beverage, animal nutrition, brewing and industrial markets. It’s a global business with more than 11,000 employees.

They are a manufacturing company with production and distribution plants in many countries and needed help communicating their health and safety message. Take One were asked to create a series of health and safety animations which could be used and understood across the many different cultural and language variations based on a ‘Heroes of Zero’ concept.

The ‘Heros of Zero’ animations covered basic health and safety subjects for employees from avoiding slips, trips and falls to driving on company business safety considerations and working from home.

To make the video animations accessible across the global business we needed to ensure the storyline had enough flexibility to allow for different language versions to be prepared, and for the on screen graphics to be easily transferable to alternative languages and cultures.

The Result

The finished animations were used across the global business and the feedback was very positive as people bought into the ‘Heros of Zero’ concept of looking out for themselves as well as their colleagues and family in a positive and proactive way. The master video was also cut into a variation for public display in their Head Quarters in Europe for visitors to the site to gain a quick yet thorough understanding of how to stay safe.
