We had a great session at our recent podcast recording in the TakeOneTV podsuite with Georgie Sears  resulting in a lively, and deeply enriching conversation on the subject of innovation in business.  

From the outset, Georgie's thoughtful approach highlighted the value that collaboration adds to a productive outcome.  We exchanged meaningful insights about our respective industries, gaining a deeper appreciation of each other’s unique strengths and diverse business backgrounds.  One of the key takeaways was that people often think innovation is something that someone else does, and isn't relevant to general business.  However that's not true.  Innovation can be small things, or big things, but the insight gained from collaboration always has value and can be utilised by all businesses.  Also, people often resist change because they feel concerned that change will mean them losing power or status; in reality change may mean doing things differently, but when embraced can lead to big benefits.

Her extensive background in the charity sector brings a unique perspective on managing change, particularly in resource-constrained environments.
