Courtney and Steve took quite different routes into the video production industry. Although people may take different routes and it may take some people longer than others, everyone's journey is unique and none of them are wrong. 

Steve came to Take One after working in IT and Courtney joined straight out of college and did an apprenticeship with us, so they both had varying amounts of experience but both are very valuable members of the team and they both have different skill sets, which is very useful.
