We talk to Karen of Admin Accomplished about how she supports business development and communication. She has recently celebrated her 10th anniversary and talks about the evolution of having a small business that worked around her children to now, taking on big clients and the power of networking.

As a VA, Karen gives her three main areas of specialised communication with her clients and stresses it really depends on what they are comfortable with, in order for Karen to give them some time back.

Another element which Karen specialises in is Lego Serious Play; an incredibly colourful, creative and intriguing way to communicate. The purpose of Lego Serious Play is about about cohesion, all levels of staff get involved in communication and decision making and Karen facilitates workshops.
