Karen talks to Gavin Henshaw, a Family Lawyer at Lennon's Solicitors about effective forms of communication and how it has changed over the last 20 years. 

Gavin shares that most notably now in courts, communication has changed dramatically going from face to face, to electronic documentation and remote hearings.  Had the pandemic not forced the industry, Gavin feels that law firms would still be 15 years away from going to any virtual way of working. 

Who knows what the future holds, but Gavin discussed that visibility is key in sensitive legal cases and less likely to be misinterpreted than email for instance. As a qualified and experienced lawyer, Gavin feels that giving the human element is still important.
